Job Description

Our client is a leading Canadian company with an international presence, specializing in repair and restoration services following losses. While the company is not an insurance carrier, it serves as an important business partner to various organizations within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with insureds, insurance partners, repair centres and internal teams to help ensure claims are resolved quickly and effectively.

You will analyze claims, review invoices and supporting documentation, handle incoming calls and follow claims from initial intake through settlement.
