Job Description

We are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 3 years experience, RIBO licensed and a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic, professional and positive environment.

The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and organizational skills, be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast paced insurance brokerage.  Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communications skills.  Ability to work on the (TAM) The Agency Manager - Applied Systems - BMS, Compu-Quote and full knowledge of carrier portals would be an asset.
