Candidate Special Rules of Use

Use of Site. This Site offers certain services to Candidates including, without limitation: job searching, job notification, resume submissions and other related services or packages of services (the "Services"). You may obtain these Services by registering as a Candidate. The Services may be used free of charge by Candidates residing in North America exclusively. Upon registering as a Candidate, you will be provided with a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Our system administrator reserves the right to remove any password which it deems, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, obscene, abusive, hateful, libelous, threatening or inappropriate.

Personal Information. By posting or otherwise providing any personal information through this Site, by electronic mail or otherwise, you agree and consent to the collection, use and disclosure by Company of such personal information for the following purposes: (a) providing recruitment and placement services; (b) assessing a candidates skills and qualifications for a particular posting; (c) posting candidate profiles and resumes on our websites; (d) providing job searching and job notification services; (e) managing our relationship with clients and jobseekers; (f) responding to requests for information from jobseekers and recruiters; and (g) meeting any legal or regulatory requirement. You understand and agree that Company's collection, use and disclosure of personal information shall be done in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Submissions. Subject to Company's Privacy Policy and applicable legislation pertaining to personal information, any resumes or other information posted or transmitted through this site ("Submissions") are and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. This means that you agree that Company shall be free to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, disclose, perform, display and otherwise exploit the Submissions alone or as part of other works in any form or media, whether for commercial gain or otherwise, without compensating you or anyone else for the Submissions. Although Company will take reasonable efforts to preserve the integrity of your Submissions, you agree that Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or corruption to your Submission that may occur.

You are responsible for any information that you submit, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness and originality. You shall not submit to or otherwise publish through this Site any materials which: (a) libel, defame, invade privacy or are obscene, pornographic, abusive, hateful or threatening; (b) infringe any intellectual property right or other right of any entity or person, including without limitation any copyrights or trade-marks of any entity or person; (c) violate any law; (d) advocate illegal activity; (e) advertise or otherwise solicit funds, or are otherwise a solicitation for goods or services; or (f) post materials if you are not residing in North America and are not searching for employment in North America. Company reserves the right to remove information which is abusive, illegal, disruptive or otherwise in breach of these Special Terms. You hereby warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights, in any such information submitted or posted by you has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably grant to you the right to grant the license stated above. You agree to indemnify Company and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses whatsoever, including without limitation reasonable legal fees and disbursements, resulting directly or indirectly from your breach of any of these terms and conditions and/or from your publication, submission, communication or distribution of any materials to or through this Site.

Termination. Company may terminate your registration and access to this Site if you: (a) are in breach of these Special Rules or the general Terms and Conditions of Use; (b) impair the operations or efficiency of the Site through your use of the Site; and (c) fail to pay for the Services, if a payment is required.
