POS - Point of Service: Tritech provides a stand alone and an Internet based solution to enhance and automate policy application processing within insurance companies. POS supports all lines of business for any Province or State. POS provides rating for quick-quotes and full quotes. Policy application data is entered and verified on-line, multiple quotes per prospect are stored, supports printing of quotes and offerings on any Windows supported printer, faxed or sent as E-mail attachments. Applications can be screened via an automated Risk Scoring matrix to provide expert underwriting.Accepted applications are sent via FTP scripts to head office servers to be uploaded into Policy systems (supports XML and ascii files). DMS - Document Management Solutions: DMS provides a stand alone or fully integrated laser document Issuance facility to create Dec pages, Letters, schedules, checks with MICR and bar codes. Forms are printed, faxed or E -mailed on demand or under batch schedules that provide collating and mail management. Selected forms can be stored as PDF images for automated archival management.
