As a result of rapid growth, PetCare Insurance requires sales professionals for both the inbound and outbound sales teams. The successful candidates will be responsible for helping the Sales Department achieve its monthly targets through the call centre by way of inbound and outbound phone activity. Exceptional customer service skills . Preferred candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills, be PC literate, and have 1- 3 years experience in the hospitality, collections, sales, animal health or insurance industries. Candidates currently holding a RIBO insurance license will be given preference. Candidates should note flexible hours may be required.
