As a niche player in the financial services sector, we design, market and manage funding solutions for plaintiffs. Launched in 2004, our Motor Vehicle Accident loan program allows plaintiffs to fund their litigation disbursements, assist with vocational, rehabilitation or retraining costs, and pay for living expenses.
