HUB Financial is seeking a strong, motivated Investment Product Administrator for our Calgary, AB office. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with knowledge of the investment fund industry, strong administrative skills, customer focused, results oriented and a team player.  This position reports directly to the Supervisor, Investment Division is responsible for:


•  Acting as the first point of contact for investment advisors, including providing training on HUB systems  
•  Servicing our brokers and ensuring that all investment inquiries are handled in a timely manner for Mutual and Segregated Funds
•  Processing all trades (mutual fund and segregated funds) received daily with proper attention to procedures and trade deadlines 
•  Verifying all trades, identifying errors and ensure corrections are made in a timely manner including follow up to ensure trades have settled
•  Data entry and system updates for non-financial changes and manual transactions for all activity including follow up and confirmation of changes
•  Mutual fund and electronic filing  
•  Follow Ups on T2033 transfers and loans when required 
•  Prepare bank deposit for mutual fund purchases 
•  Assisting with outgoing mail and mutual fund filing when required


Qualifications & Experience:

•  Minimum of 1 year experience within the administrative and/or customer service field
•  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook 
•  Strong competence with computers and back office systems an asset
•  Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
•  Excellent communication skills both written and oral  
•  Positive attitude with a solid customer service focus
•  Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment
•  Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
