Our client is looking to add a tenacious and eager new Personal Lines Broker to join their already stellar cast of enthusiastic insurance professionals. To be the selected candidate you must be extremely self-motivated. You will service, manage and grow a book of business. This is a chance to take a step forward and be welcomed by one of the best onboarding and training programs that the industry has to offer.
- Facilitating policy changes
- Reviewing existing renewals
- Generating new business
- Cross-selling different products and services
Your customer service skills are legendary. People are instantly at ease knowing you are there for them. You have been helping customers acquire insurance for so long sometimes you dream about. You are equally as adept at solving your own problems as you are at solving those of others. You communicate so effectively that you have at times wondered if you could read minds. Computers are your best friend, there isn’t an application that has ever stumped you. You’re attention to detail is so acute that you were uncomfortable that with the two grammatical errors in this sentence. You work well with others even when you wish that the others didn’t work with you. You work equally as well without others. Deadlines can’t scare you because time management is your middle name. You are proud of your accomplishments but are never satisfied.
- Experience with Epic is not necessary but considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of a Level 1 General Insurance License.
- Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in the Personal Lines space of the insurance industry.
- Proficient at using all the products of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc…).
