This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Desired qualities include: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish - written, verbal and listening Ethical and Honest Preference with a RIBO or OTL license Excellent interpersonal skills People-oriented Self-motivated Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Able to learn computer functions Ability to multi-task Sales and marketing experience a definite asset Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education. Compensation includes salary plus production based incentive plan with Health and Dental beneftis plan. RIBO or OTL will be given preference.Spanish language is an asset.
