Receptionist – Technical Support Services 

Work for a global brokerage firm 

Based in Mississauga 


o    Position Overview

  • Answering phones and warm transferring to appropriate person
  • Greeting visitors and staff
  • Sort mail and distribute; arrange couriers
  • Cheque handling and tracking
  • Managing central e-mail boxes
  • Assist with building maintenance/security including health & safety
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and restock/order as needed
  • Other duties as assigned within the Technical Support Services department

o    Position Requirements

  • Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player – ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Applied Epic is an asset
