As a Multi Line Claims Examiner, you will play a crucial role in investigating and managing claims. You will provide instructions to independent adjusters, review their reports, and determine policy coverage and damages. Your exceptional attention to detail will ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made in accordance with our company policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to manage and maintain claim files, conduct bill reviews, and confer with lawyers on files in litigation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of insurance claims experience
- Ideally a CIP (or working towards it), or post-secondary education.
- Strong communication and computer skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
