Our client is looking to add an Account Manager to their fun-loving Construction team. They need your expertise to contribute to their ever-growing group.
What you will be doing:
- Proactively manage a book of commercial insurance clients
- Review client exposures, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions
- Develop account strategies and prepare client presentations
- Lead the marketing process for new and renewal business
- Prepare underwriting submissions
- Review and endorse policy wordings based on client needs
- Analyze contracts to ensure insurance programs meet requirements
- Support clients through the claims process
- Maintain market relationships and participate in industry functions
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years Commercial insurance experience
- Level 2 insurance license (CIP or CAIB designation preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience reviewing contracts and policy wordings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
*Salary range between 90,000 to 120,000
