Job Title: Senior Commercial Underwriter – Construction & Contracting Risks ??
Location: Hybrid | Downtown Toronto (In-office ~50%)
? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Underwriting and pricing Construction & Contracting risks
- Building and maintaining trusted broker relationships
- Evaluating complex commercial risks with a holistic approach
- Coaching and developing junior underwriters
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
?? What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience (property, casualty, auto)
- CIP designation (completed or in progress)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- A team-first mindset and leadership potential
- Problem-solving and critical thinking expertise
