Personal Lines Associate – VIP

Who You Are
You are a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a service-first environment. You’re someone who takes pride in your attention to detail and your ability to support clients—especially seniors—with care, professionalism, and warmth. You enjoy the stability of working with repeat clients and want to be part of a team that values loyalty, trust, and consistency.
What You Bring
- Level 1 General Insurance License in Alberta
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A client-first attitude and professional approach to service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- EPIC experience is a bonus
Administrative Support
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date client files in EPIC
- Prepare and process binders, invoices, letters, and related documents
- Manage day-to-day administrative workflows and ensure outstanding items are tracked and completed
- Route incoming communications appropriately within the team
- Ensure all outgoing correspondence is accurate and delivered on schedule
Accounting Coordination
- Assist with monitoring outstanding receivables
- Liaise with the accounting team and insurers to help resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues
- Process payments and related documentation in a timely and accurate manner
