Commercial Account Manager – Intermediate to Senior
Location: Calgary

The Opportunity
A well-established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join their dynamic commercial team. In this role, you'll work closely with Commercial Account Executives to support a diverse portfolio of business, ensuring top-tier service delivery and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the day-to-day servicing of mid-market commercial accounts, including property, casualty, and auto

  • Provide prompt, professional advice to clients and assist with coverage reviews, renewals, and endorsements

  • Prepare applications, issue certificates, process invoicing, and manage documentation from submission to binding

  • Liaise with insurers to negotiate favorable terms and secure underwriting approvals

  • Follow up with adjusters on claims and provide updates to clients

  • Maintain accurate client files and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items

  • Assist in quoting new business, updating policy information, and supporting Account Executives on strategic account growth

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience (property/casualty and auto preferred)

  • Level 2 license 

  • Strong customer service orientation with polished verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative, professional, and adaptable with a high attention to detail

  • Experience using EPIC is an asset
