What You’ll Do:
- Underwrite and evaluate aviation risks with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and industry partners
- Develop tailored solutions for aviation insurance programs, including hull, liability, and specialized coverages
- Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to product development strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business success and deliver top-tier service
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of underwriting experience in aviation (or specialty lines with exposure to aviation risks)
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to assess complex risks
- Proven track record of building broker relationships and growing a book of business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for aviation
