The Opportunity
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clients with their personal insurance needs. You will build relationships, provide tailored coverage options, and deliver exceptional service across a variety of personal insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service an existing book of personal lines business.

  • Provide professional advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage options.

  • Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.

  • Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support.

What You Bring

  • Level 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 is an asset).

  • Experience in personal lines insurance, ideally in an account manager or advisor role.

  • Strong client service focus with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.

  • Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
