The Opportunity
As a Team Lead you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our Auto division. Reporting directly to the President & Owner, you’ll oversee the Mobile Road team, strengthen dealership partnerships across Burnaby, Vancouver, and Richmond, and foster a culture of sales excellence. This is a permanent, full-time position based out of South Vancouver Office.
What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and mentor a team of Mobile Insurance Advisors

Handle and resolve complex client issues with professionalism

Build and maintain strong relationships with auto dealerships to promote retention and growth

Create and support a high-performance sales culture

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Road team
What You Bring
-
Level 2 General Insurance License in BC (required)
-
Valid BC driver’s license and comfort with travel for work
-
3–5 years of experience as a Road Agent/Mobile Insurance Advisor in BC
-
3–5 years of Auto/ICBC insurance experience
-
Minimum 1 year of people leadership with accountability for team performance

Proven success in business development and driving sales results
-
Strong skills in leadership, strategic thinking, communication, organization, and time management.
