Nous recherchons un courtier en assurances de dommages dynamique pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client à Saint-Hyacinthe. Notre client est un acteur majeur du courtage en assurances de dommages, au service des particuliers et des entreprises. En tant que courtier en assurances de dommages au sein du service à la clientèle, vous travaillerez dans un environnement de centre d'appels confortable.
Ce que nous proposons :
Poste permanent.
Un salaire de base compétitif allant de 68 000 $ à 78 000 $ par an, négociable selon l'expérience.
Commission de 25 % sur les nouvelles ventes.
Prime mensuelle jusqu'à 550 $/mois.
Prime annuelle jusqu'à 2 000 $/an.
Équilibre vie professionnelle/vie privée.
37,5 heures par semaine. Du lundi au vendredi, de 8h30 à 17h00.

What you bring:
You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills, enabling you to negotiate with various insurers. You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!).
No sales required.
Process changes, pricing, customer retention, and solicitation during inbound calls;
Work on renewals and updates by professionally advising policyholders;
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files.
Who are you?
You have an AMF certificate in personal lines insurance (required).
You have at least 2 years of experience working in insurance.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice can be heard.
Good stress management skills.
You learn quickly and are well-organized.
You must be available to attend the initial in-person training in St-Hyacinthe.
