We are seeking a junior claims adjuster with experience in personal auto and commercial insurance to join our client's team. Our client is a major player in property and casualty insurance, serving both individuals and businesses. Currently expanding, they need insurance professionals like you to join a dynamic team in their offices located in Lévis, La Prairie, St-Georges-de-Beauce, Thetford Mines, Plessisville, Sainte-Marie, St-Eustache, Gatineau, Mont-Tremblant, Fort Coulonge, St-André-Avellin, Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Amos, Les Coteaux, Mont-Laurier, Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d'Or, and Waterloo.

What we offer:
Permanent position.
A base salary of $50,000 to $67,000 depending on your experience.
An annual bonus of up to 5% based on company performance.
Work-life balance. Full-time hours: 35 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bilingualism bonus: $1,500 to $3,000.
Complete benefits fully paid by the employer (life, prescription drug, salary, disability, and dental insurance) starting on day 1, depending on your experience.
Defined benefit pension plan with a 7% employer contribution.
Wellness spending account: $350/year.

What you bring:
Conduct telephone investigations and handle the complete settlement of auto insurance claims for individuals and businesses (fire, theft, accidents, minor and major losses, etc.).
Determine the circumstances and causes of losses.
Decide on the eligibility of claims based on insurance contracts.
Estimate the amount of compensation to be paid.
Communicate the settlement offer to policyholders.

Who are you?
A valid AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license as a claims adjuster for individuals and businesses.
One year of experience as a claims adjuster for individuals and businesses.
A reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
