Our client is a major player in property and casualty insurance, serving both individuals and businesses. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join a dynamic team at one of their offices located in La Prairie, Lévis, Waterloo, Thetford Mines, Plessisville, Laurier-Station, and St-Georges de Beauce.
As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent in the Sales Department, you will work in a comfortable call center environment. You understand the importance of being a client's first point of contact when they need assistance. You take pride in knowing how and when to provide support, solutions, and sales to deliver an exceptional experience and even make someone's day.
What we offer:
Permanent employment
A base salary starting at $58,000 and up, negotiable based on experience
Commissions of 50% to 100% on your sales based on achieving targets
An annual bonus of 5% or more based on your performance
A 10% bonus on your salary for evenings and weekends
Work-life balance
Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work one evening per week until 7:30 p.m., but never on Fridays. One rotating Saturday every 8 weeks from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

What you bring:
Data entry, preparing documents such as proposals to insurers and update questionnaires.
Listening to, advising, and providing an exceptional customer experience by suggesting and explaining, over the phone, products tailored to their specific needs.
Analyzing customer needs and recommending the most suitable coverage, as well as processing renewals.
Negotiating coverage and pricing with various insurers;
Receiving inbound calls, preparing quotes, and making outbound calls.
Who are you?
You have an AMF personal lines insurance certificate (required).
You have at least 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, including a minimum of 1 year in sales.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice can be heard. You are computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple software programs, all on two monitors.
