As a Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in the Sales Department, you will work in a comfortable call center environment. You understand the importance of being a client's first point of contact when they need assistance. You take pride in knowing when to provide support, solutions, and sales to deliver an exceptional experience and even make someone's day.
What we offer:
Permanent position
A starting base salary of $67,000 and up, negotiable based on experience
A generous commission plan that increases in tiers based on your performance
An annual bonus of 6% or more, depending on your performance
Work-life balance
Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday, daytime hours and flexible hours

What you bring:
Data entry, preparing documents such as proposals to insurers and update questionnaires.
Listening to, advising, and providing an exceptional customer experience by proposing and promoting, over the phone, products tailored to their specific needs.
Negotiating coverage and pricing with various insurers;
Receiving incoming calls, preparing quotes, and prospecting for new clients.
Working with businesses in various sectors, from SMEs to large corporations.
Supporting a team to ensure service delivery.
Managing a small client portfolio initially.
Who are you?
You hold an AMF certificate in business insurance (required).
You are bilingual in French and English.
You have at least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit for business development.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
You are computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple software programs, all on two monitors.
