We are seeking a claims adjuster with experience in both residential and commercial insurance to join our client's team. Our client is a major player in property and casualty insurance, serving both individuals and businesses. Currently experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join their dynamic team at their Gatineau office.
What we offer:
Permanent position.
A base salary of $65,000 to $83,000 depending on your experience.
An annual bonus of up to 6% based on company performance.
Work-life balance.
Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bilingualism bonus of $1,500 to $3,000

What you bring:
Conduct the investigation and full settlement of complex home, business, and agricultural insurance claims and determine the circumstances and causes of losses.
Determine the admissibility of claims based on insurance contracts.
Analyze reports from various stakeholders and verify the accuracy of the information.
Estimate the amount of compensation to be paid and communicate the settlement offer to the insured members.
Occasionally, conduct telephone investigations and full settlement of personal and business insurance claims.
Who are you?
A valid AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license as a personal and business claims adjuster.
3+ years of experience as a personal and business claims adjuster, including agricultural claims.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required.
Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory.
