Our client is a major player in property and casualty insurance, serving both individuals and businesses. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join a dynamic team at one of their offices in the Outaouais region, located in Gatineau, Masson, Shawville, Fort Coulonge, Gracefield, or St-André-Avellin.

As a commercial property and casualty insurance agent, you will work in a comfortable call center environment. You understand the importance of being a client's first point of contact when they need assistance. You take pride in knowing how and when to provide support, solutions, and sales to deliver an exceptional experience and even make someone's day.

What we offer:

Permanent employment
A base salary of $70,000 to $80,000, negotiable based on experience
An annual bonus of up to 5% based on company performance
Commissions on residential and auto sales of 5%, 10% on commercial insurance sales, and 5% on garage insurance sales
Work-life balance
Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Alternating shifts, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you bring:

Data entry, preparing documents such as proposals to insurers and update questionnaires.

Listening to, advising, and providing an exceptional customer experience by suggesting and explaining, over the phone, products tailored to their specific needs.
Analyzing customer needs and recommending the most suitable coverage, as well as processing renewals.
Negotiating coverage and pricing with various insurers;
Hybrid service and sales position
Work with businesses in various sectors such as real estate, garages, retail, farms, and agriculture

Who are you?

You have an AMF certificate in business insurance (required). You have at least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
