Nous recherchons un courtier en assurances de dommages dynamique pour rejoindre l'équipe de notre client à Sherbrooke. Notre client est un cabinet de courtage indépendant spécialisé en assurances de dommages, au service des particuliers et des entreprises. En tant que courtier en assurances de dommages, vous travaillerez dans un environnement de centre d'appels confortable.
Ce que nous proposons :
Poste permanent.
Un salaire de base compétitif allant de 50 000 $ à 60 000 $ par an, négociable selon l'expérience.
Commission de 50 % sur les nouvelles ventes.
Prime annuelle individuelle pouvant atteindre 2 500 $.
Équilibre vie professionnelle/vie privée.
Poste hybride (ventes et service à la clientèle).
Semaine de travail de 37,5 heures. Du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 30 à 17 h.
Option de télétravail hybride : 3 jours par semaine au bureau.

You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills, enabling you to negotiate with various insurers.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!).
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are customer-focused and action-oriented.
You have a knack for solutions, providing support, escalating issues, and upselling.
You will handle changes, pricing, retention, and solicitation during inbound calls;
Process renewals and updates by professionally advising policyholders;
Shop for quotes from our various insurers;
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files.
Who are you?
You have an AMF certificate (required) - Interns are welcome.
Energetic and compassionate, you have excellent communication skills and know how to put people at ease.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required.
You are computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple software programs, all on two monitors.
You learn quickly and are well-organized.
