We are looking for a dynamic property and casualty insurance broker to join our client's team in Sherbrooke. Our client is an independent brokerage firm specializing in property and casualty insurance, serving both individuals and businesses. As a property and casualty insurance broker, you will work in a comfortable call center environment.

What we offer:

Permanent position.

A competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.

50% commission on new business sales.
Individual annual bonus of up to $2,500.

Hybrid sales and service role.
37.5-hour work week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Hybrid teleworking option: 3 days per week in the office.

What you bring:

You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills, enabling you to negotiate with various insurers.

You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!).
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You are customer-focused and action-oriented.

You have a knack for solutions, providing support, escalating issues, and upselling.

You will handle changes, pricing, retention, and solicitation during inbound calls;
Process renewals and updates by professionally advising policyholders;
Shop for quotes from our various insurers;
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files.

Who are you?

You have an AMF certificate (required) - Interns are welcome.

Energetic and compassionate, you have excellent communication skills and know how to put people at ease.

You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.

Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required.
You are computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple software programs, all on two monitors.

You learn quickly and are well-organized.
