As a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker in the Customer Service department, you'll work in a comfortable call center environment. Our client is a leader in the property and casualty insurance brokerage industry, serving both individuals and businesses. In full expansion, we need insurance professionals like you to join a stimulating team in a beautiful, dynamic office in Quebec City and Lévis.

A competitive starting salary of $49,000 and up, negotiable based on experience

Daytime hours only. No evenings or weekends!
Flexible schedule of 35 or 40 hours per week. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Opportunity to work 28 hours over 4 days from October to March
Finish at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays!

What you bring:
You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills, enabling you to negotiate with various insurers
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!)
You have excellent communication and presentation skills
You are customer-focused and action-oriented
A knack for solutions, assistance, escalation, and upselling
Process changes, pricing, customer retention, and solicitation during inbound calls;
Work on renewals and updates by professionally advising policyholders;
Shop for quotes from our various insurers.
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files. Depending on your preference, you can choose to work 100% in customer service, or a hybrid position of 10 hours in sales and 25 hours in customer service per week.
Who are you?
You have an AMF certificate (required)
You have at least one year of experience in personal lines insurance
Energetic and compassionate, you have excellent communication skills and know how to put people at ease
You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard
You are computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple software programs, all on two monitors
