Our client is a leader in the property and casualty insurance brokerage industry, serving both individuals and businesses. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join a dynamic team in a beautiful, dynamic office in Quebec City and Lévis.
What we offer:
Permanent employment
Base salary of $30,000 plus 50% commission on your sales
Quarterly and annual bonuses, guaranteeing a salary of $100,000 annually by meeting minimum sales targets
On average, sales representatives earn between $80,000 and $125,000 annually
Commissions of $120 on the CIME
Work-life balance
Flexible 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. One evening per week from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills, enabling you to negotiate with various insurers.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!).
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You are customer-focused and action-oriented.
You have a knack for solutions, support, escalation, and upselling.
Shopping for quotes from our various insurers.
A 100% sales position, no customer service! Inbound calls only, no soliciting.
Who are you?
You have an AMF certificate (required).
You have at least two years of experience in personal lines insurance in a hybrid role (service and sales) OR one year of experience in sales-related property and casualty insurance.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice can be heard.
You are computer literate and comfortable using multiple software programs, all on two monitors.
