Notre client est un chef de file du courtage en assurance de dommages, au service des particuliers et des entreprises. En pleine expansion, nous recherchons des professionnels de l'assurance comme vous pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique dans un magnifique bureau animé de Québec.

Permanent employment
A guaranteed base salary of $80,000 in the first year + $20,000 in commission advances
Earn 45% commission on your sales and 30% on your renewals

What you bring:
Develop new business relationships through direct solicitation, referrals, and participation in industry events
Support clients with their insurance needs, from risk assessment to renewals
Prepare quotes, negotiate with insurers, and recommend appropriate coverage
Maintain a relationship of trust with your existing clients and ensure rigorous follow-up service
Work collaboratively with account managers and assistants to offer comprehensive service
Contribute to the company's growth by generating development opportunities and enhancing our visibility
Stay abreast of market trends and participate in ongoing training to refine your expertise
Who are you?
Hold a valid AMF license in commercial insurance
Have at least 3 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance
Enjoy meeting clients, attending events, and developing your network
