Nous recherchons un gestionnaire d'unité en assurance des particuliers, spécialisé en service à la clientèle. Notre client est un acteur majeur du secteur de l'assurance de dommages aux particuliers et aux entreprises. En pleine expansion, il a besoin de professionnels de l'assurance comme vous pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique! Plusieurs postes sont à pourvoir : Lévis, La Prairie, Beauce, Plessisville ou Thetford Mines. Vous relèverez directement du directeur principal.

Salaire de base de 130 000 $ à 150 000 $, selon l’expérience.

What you bring:
Contribute to the development of strategic directions to address the challenges of your department, in line with organizational priorities (business planning);
Define overall and annual objectives related to the main department – ??personal lines insurance – and monitor their progress regularly.
Organize and supervise the department's activities to provide the senior manager with the data necessary for effective management of the personal lines insurance department.
Design and implement strategies to achieve objectives related to quality and customer service improvement in personal lines insurance.
Prepare various periodic reports to facilitate the evaluation of service quality in your sector (renewals, claims, retention rates, etc.).
Monitor the market regarding trends in personal lines insurance, new products or services, pricing, standards and procedures, competition, etc.
In collaboration with senior management in personal lines insurance, implements customer service policies for their sector.
Reviews and monitors statistics and reports, and makes recommendations to senior management.
Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and practices governing sales in the market (AMF, government agencies, external auditors, etc.).
Works in collaboration with the complaints manager as needed.
Organizes and supervises the work of the coordinators in their department, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
Designs and contributes to the creation of new tools or work approaches to improve employee performance.
Contributes to achieving the sales objectives of senior management in personal lines insurance by setting annual sales targets for each customer service agent. Acts as a coach to improve agents' sales and customer service techniques (listening to recorded calls, simultaneous listening, individual or group training, inter-agent mentoring, product knowledge assessments, etc.);
Organizes one-on-one meetings with coordinators in their department to conduct weekly sales performance reviews.
Oversees the performance management process for employees under their supervision (setting objectives, monitoring, and evaluations).
Leads meetings to inform, engage, motivate, consult, and guide their teams.
Serves as a resource person for employees on complex cases.
Ensures sound human resources management and positive labor relations within their department.
Coordinates actions with other departments and aligns their action plan with those of other directors.
Encourages the development and maintenance of a collaborative culture between risk analysis and other departments, particularly sales.
Who are you?
Valid AMF license in personal lines insurance.
10+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance, including 5 years in management.
