En pleine expansion, elle recherche des professionnels de l'assurance comme vous pour se joindre à une équipe dynamique dans des bureaux récemment rénovés situés à Laurier-Station ou à Trois-Rivières.
Ce que nous proposons :
Permanent position
A guaranteed base salary between $65,000 and $85,000 depending on your experience. Opportunity to become 100% commission-based when you are ready and it becomes advantageous for you!
Earn 50% commission on your sales and 50% on your renewals

Develop new business relationships through direct solicitation, referrals, and participation in industry events. You will have the opportunity to work with the types of businesses that interest you, whether in transportation, construction, agriculture, SMEs, or large corporations.
Support clients with their insurance needs, from risk assessment to renewals.
Prepare quotes, negotiate with insurers, and recommend appropriate coverage. The possibility of managing both commercial and personal portfolios simultaneously.
Maintain a relationship of trust with your existing clients and ensure rigorous follow-up service.
Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on insurance service and development.
Who are you?
Hold a valid AMF license in business insurance
Have at least 2 years of experience in property and casualty insurance
Possess strong customer service skills and a knack for new business
