Our client is a Quebec-based insurance company with 120 years of experience. Currently expanding, they need insurance professionals like you to join their commercial underwriting team at their office in Drummondville.
What we offer:
Permanent position.
A competitive starting salary of $90,000 and up, negotiable based on experience.
An annual bonus of up to 10%.

37.5-hour work week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible hours).
Benefits paid 50% by the employer (life insurance, prescription drugs, salary, paramedical services, etc.) after 3 months.

What you bring:
Coordinate all underwriting activities: analyze quote requests, renewals, and changes submitted by agents.
Handle more complex underwriting requests yourself.
Collaborate with the General Manager and the sales and service team to define the business property and casualty insurance development strategy.
Manage a team of 3 underwriters, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching.
Who are you?
At least 5 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, particularly in construction/contractors/projects and fleet insurance.
Team management experience (an asset).
Strong leadership skills and a client-focused approach.
