Notre client est une compagnie d'assurance québécoise forte de 120 ans d'expérience. En pleine expansion, elle recherche des professionnels de l'assurance comme vous pour soutenir son développement commercial en assurance de dommages aux entreprises et pour rejoindre son équipe à son bureau de Drummondville.

Poste permanent.
Un salaire de départ compétitif de 90 000 $ et plus, négociable selon l'expérience.

37.5-hour work week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible hours).
Benefits paid 50% by the employer (life insurance, prescription drugs, salary, paramedical services, etc.) after 3 months.

What you bring:
Develop new business relationships through direct sales, referrals, and participation in industry events.
Support clients with their insurance needs, from risk assessment to renewals.
Prepare quotes, negotiate with insurers, and recommend appropriate coverage.
Work primarily with companies in the construction industry, including general contractors, construction sites, and fleet management.
Collaborate with account managers and assistants to provide comprehensive service.
Contribute to the company's growth by generating development opportunities and enhancing our brand awareness.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and participate in ongoing training to refine your expertise.
Who are you?
Have at least 3 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
You hold a valid AMF license in commercial property and casualty insurance.
Enjoy meeting clients, attending events, and developing your network.
