Our client is a Quebec-based insurance company with 120 years of experience. Currently expanding, they need insurance professionals like you to support business development in commercial property and casualty insurance and join their team at their office in Drummondville or Quebec City.
What we offer:
Permanent position.
A competitive starting salary of $90,000 and up, negotiable based on experience.
Receive sales commissions of 4% of premiums sold.
Work-life balance.
37.5-hour work week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible hours).
Benefits paid 50% by the employer (life insurance, prescription drugs, salary, paramedical services, etc.) after 3 months.
Group RRSP with a 2.5% employer contribution.

What you bring:
Developing new business relationships through direct solicitation, referrals, and participation in industry events
Supporting clients with their insurance needs, from risk assessment to renewals
Preparing quotes, negotiating with insurers, and recommending appropriate coverage
Working primarily with companies in the construction industry, general contractors, construction sites, and vehicle fleets
Collaborating with account managers and assistants to provide comprehensive service
Contributing to the company's growth by generating development opportunities and enhancing our visibility
Staying up-to-date on market trends and pursuing ongoing training to refine your expertise
Who are you?
You hold your AMF license in commercial property and casualty insurance.
You enjoy meeting clients, attending events, and expanding your network.
You have a strong sales profile.
