We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our client's service team located in Val-Bélair and Quebec City. As an insurance broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with the support of assistants.
What we offer:
Permanent position.
A competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
An annual bonus of $5,000 to $15,000 based on client retention and portfolio growth.
Receive $100 in CIME sales commissions.

Full-time schedule of 34.5 hours per week. Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What you bring:
You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills, enabling you to negotiate with various insurers.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and generating new sales.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Manage a portfolio of 850 to 1.1 million clients.
You are customer-focused and action-oriented.
Process changes, pricing, retention, and solicitation during inbound calls;
Work on renewals and updates by providing professional advice to policyholders;
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files.
Who are you?
You have an AMF certificate (required).
You have at least two years of experience as a property and casualty insurance broker.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
You are computer literate and comfortable using multiple software programs, all on two monitors.
You learn quickly and are well-organized.
