The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a VIP Personal Insurance Broker to support a portfolio of high net worth and complex personal insurance clients. This Calgary based role is ideal for an experienced personal lines professional who enjoys delivering tailored advice, managing sophisticated risks, and building long term client relationships. The focus is on providing exceptional service across an established book while identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and retention.

About You
You are a seasoned personal lines professional with experience supporting VIP or high net worth clients. You are comfortable managing all aspects of a personal lines book, including renewals, remarketing, and cross selling. You take pride in providing consultative advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering consistent, high quality service.
Necessary Qualifications Include
• Level 2 Insurance License
• Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance experience
• Experience working with VIP or high net worth clientele
• Strong knowledge of auto, home, watercraft, recreational, and umbrella policies
• Proficiency with EPIC broker management system and insurer portals
• RIBO license considered an asset and willingness to obtain if required
• Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM considered an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
