Join a support team as a Personal Lines Insurance Broker in the Customer Service department. You'll enjoy a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package, and contribute to our client's reputation for taking excellent care of its employees and VIP clients.
Our client is an independent insurance brokerage firm specializing in personal and commercial insurance. Currently expanding, they are seeking insurance professionals like you to join their team at their offices in Brossard or Chateauguay. What we offer:
Permanent position
A competitive base salary between $55,000 and $85,000, negotiable based on experience
Receive 5% commission on revenue generated by your module + $25 commission on sales + CIME sales commissions + an annual bonus of up to $5,000 based on performance
Work-life balance
Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Benefits paid 60% by the employer (life insurance, prescription drugs, salary, disability, vision, dental, paramedical services), available after 3 months or from day 1 depending on experience
Virtual telemedicine service

Who are you?
You hold an AMF certificate in personal lines insurance (required).
You have at least two years of experience as a personal lines insurance broker, ideally in customer service.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
Bilingualism (French/English) required
