Join a support team as a Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Broker in the Customer Service and Sales department. You'll enjoy a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package, and contribute to our client's reputation for taking care of its employees and clients.
Our client is an independent property and casualty insurance brokerage firm, serving both individuals and businesses. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join their team at their offices in Brossard or Chateauguay. What we offer:
Permanent position
A base salary starting at $85,000 and up, negotiable based on experience
Receive 40% commission on your sales + 10% commission on the revenue generated by your module + an annual bonus of up to $5,000 based on performance
Work-life balance
Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Benefits paid 60% by the employer (life insurance, prescription drugs, salary, disability, vision, dental, paramedical services) available after 3 months or from day 1 depending on experience
Virtual telemedicine service
Group RRSP and DPSP with employer contribution
Minimum 4 weeks of vacation per year or more, to be discussed based on your experience
5 floating holidays + 3 paid days off during the holiday season

What you bring:
Complete customer service management for your module
Negotiations with underwriters
Monitoring of deadlines and renewals
Preparing quotes and closing sales
Working with complex accounts in various sectors (manufacturing, construction, transportation, etc.) with premiums of $50k and up
Marketing team to find you new clients; no soliciting required
Who are you?
You hold an AMF certificate in commercial property and casualty insurance (manufacturing is mandatory).
You have at least 5 years of experience as a commercial property and casualty insurance broker, particularly with medium and large accounts.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
Bilingualism (French/English) required
