We are seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Risk Analysis to support a large team. Our client is a major player in property and casualty insurance, serving both individuals and businesses. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join their dynamic team! Several locations are available for this position: Lévis, La Prairie, Beauce, Plessisville, or Thetford Mines. You will report directly to the Senior Director.
What we offer:
Permanent position.
A base salary of $130,000 to $150,000 depending on your experience.
An annual bonus of up to 15% based on company performance.

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What you bring:
Oversee the development and smooth running of the department's activities.
Design and implement strategies aimed at operational efficiency, profitability, and optimizing case analysis.
Contribute to the development of annual strategic objectives with senior management.
Plan, organize, and ensure the staffing levels necessary for the department's optimal operation.
Ensure strict compliance with laws, regulations (AMF, government institutions), and market practices regarding risk analysis.
Act as an expert advisor for the management of complex cases.
Proactively monitor market trends, new products, and pricing in business insurance and prevention.
Lead and motivate teams through regular meetings with coordinators.
Manage human resources, labor relations, and knowledge transfer effectively, while assessing staff training needs.
Ensure the updating and effectiveness of compliance tools and processes, and respond to compliance reviews within prescribed deadlines.
Organize and supervise the work of the coordinators within your department, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.
Who are you?
Have 10+ years of underwriting experience, including 5 years in commercial insurance.
Have at least 5 years of experience in personnel management.
Be available to travel to other branches as needed.
