Our client is a leader in the property and casualty insurance brokerage industry, serving both individuals and businesses. Currently experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join their team, from service to sales, in a beautiful, vibrant office located in Quebec City.
What we offer:
Permanent position.
A competitive starting salary of $70,000 and up, negotiable based on experience.
A 20% annual bonus.
Work-life balance.
35-hour work week. Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No evenings or weekends.
Finish at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays!

What you bring:
Communicating departmental objectives to your immediate team and supporting their achievement. Lead customer service and retention improvement projects.
Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and adjust action plans.
Ensure consistency of processes, tools, and communications within your team.
Support a team of brokers in complex situations and collaborate with insurers.
Actively participate in the recruitment, training, onboarding, retention, and performance evaluation of your team.
Participate in strategic discussions (bonuses, contests, service capacity, etc.).
Prepare and conduct performance reviews for your immediate team.
Who are you?
At least 3 years of experience as a commercial property and casualty insurance broker.
Team management experience is an asset.
Strong leadership skills and customer focus.
Available to attend events or activities as needed.
