As a multi-line claims adjuster (residential and liability), you will be responsible for assessing claims by investigating losses and negotiating settlements accordingly, while maintaining adequate production levels and client relationships. This is a hybrid role, combining field and home-based work, requiring regular travel to claims sites within the region.
Our client is an independent Canadian claims adjusting firm, in business for over 80 years, located in the Quebec City area.

• A base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
• Additional commissions based on billable hours.
• An annual bonus of up to $10,000 based on performance.

• Flexible 35-hour work week. Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

What you bring:
Investigating, collecting, and analyzing claims information
Reviewing policies and settling claims while controlling costs and complying with provincial regulations
Accurate record-keeping, reporting, and presentation of files
Maintaining accurate billing and time and expense records
Working with the manager to maintain client relationships
Who are you?
• Hold your AMF certificate as a personal and commercial claims adjuster
• Have at least 5 years of experience as a claims adjuster in residential, commercial, and liability claims
• Bilingualism (French-English)
• Valid driver's license
