To support their growth, our client is seeking a Sales-Oriented Broker (100%) specializing in commercial property and casualty insurance. Our client is an independent brokerage firm specializing in property and casualty insurance, serving both individuals and businesses. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join their dynamic team at their offices in downtown Montreal and Laval.
What we offer:
Permanent position.
A guaranteed salary starting at $90,000/year and above, negotiable based on experience. The position will become 100% commission-based once you achieve the sales targets necessary to make it more profitable for you.
Annual bonus based on company performance.
Commission rates on sales and renewals are negotiable, generally between 30-40%.
Work-life balance.
Flexible hours based on the office's opening hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On-site paid indoor parking or accessible by public transit.
Benefits paid 40% to 60% by the employer, depending on your needs and budget (life insurance, prescription drugs, salary, disability, dental), after 3 months or from day 1, depending on your experience.

What you bring:
Consulting expertise: Analyzing client needs to find the best coverage (quality/price) among various insurers.
Negotiation: Advocating for clients with insurers to obtain the best terms.
Business development: Driving growth through prospecting and closing new deals.
Focus solely on your sales by having an account manager who handles client service and renewals.
Who are you?
You hold an AMF commercial certificate (required).
You have at least 5 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
You have strong sales experience.
You are bilingual in French and functional English (required).
You have a reliable home internet connection to ensure your voice is heard.
You are computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple software programs, all on two monitors.
You are a quick learner and highly organized.
