As a Liability Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing claims by investigating losses and negotiating settlements accordingly, while maintaining adequate production levels and client relationships.
Our client is one of Canada's largest commercial property and casualty insurance companies, with a long track record of success. The position is available in Montreal and Quebec City.

• A base salary of $90,000/year, negotiable based on experience.
• An annual bonus of up to 20% based on your performance and the company's performance.

• Flexible schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, daytime hours. Finish 2 hours early every Friday during July and August

Your role within the Liability and Litigation team:
At the heart of a versatile team managing a variety of cases (auto, general liability, commercial, professional, and D&O), you will leverage your expertise to:
Master complexity: Manage intermediate to complex claims files, including the rigorous handling of files under litigation.
Decipher and investigate: Validate applicable coverages and conduct thorough investigations to establish liability.
Synthesize and report: Produce strategic analyses for senior management, high-stakes cases, and reinsurance partners.
Maximize your impact: Navigate a fast-paced environment with agility through exemplary prioritization.
Embody excellence: Place the client experience at the heart of every interaction, even in challenging situations.
Who are you?
• Hold your AMF Personal and Commercial Claims Adjuster certification
• Have at least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Claims Adjuster specializing in liability and litigation
