We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Team Manager for the Sales Department. Our client is a major player in the personal and commercial property and casualty insurance industry. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join their dynamic team! Several locations are available for this position: Quebec City, Saguenay, Baie-Comeau, Chicoutimi, Charlevoix, or Sept-Îles. You will report directly to the Senior Manager.

What we offer:

Permanent position.

A base salary of $80,000 or more, negotiable based on experience.

An annual bonus of up to 10% or more, based on company and team performance.

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Mileage reimbursement for occasional business trips.

What you bring:
Talent Management: Provide coaching, support, and professional development for agents.
Operational Efficiency: Plan resources to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Internal Partnership: Act as a liaison with the risk analysis department.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze KPIs and implement effective corrective solutions.
Local Governance: Manage the Daily Management System (DMS) and ensure the deployment of strategic initiatives.

Who are you?
A valid AMF license in personal lines insurance.

15+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, ideally in a sales role.
At least 3 years of team management experience.
