Our client is a property and casualty insurance brokerage firm serving both individuals and businesses. Experiencing rapid growth, they need insurance professionals like you to join a dynamic team in a beautiful, vibrant office located in Sainte-Martine.
What we offer:
Permanent employment
A base salary starting at $55,000 or more, negotiable based on your experience
Annual bonus based on company performance, ranging from $3,000 to $10,000
$25 per cross-sale
$100 commission on CIME sales

Hybrid teleworking with 3 days per week in the office
Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, flexible hours based on the firm's business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexible

What you bring:
You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills, able to negotiate with various insurers.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and generating new sales.
Manage a customer base of 1 million.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are customer-focused and action-oriented.
You have a knack for finding solutions, providing support, escalating issues, and upselling.
Process changes, pricing, customer retention, and solicitation during inbound calls;
Work on renewals and updates by providing professional advice to policyholders;
Shop for quotes from our various insurers;
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files.
Who are you?
You hold an AMF certificate (required).
You have at least two years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Energetic and compassionate, you have excellent communication skills and know how to put people at ease.
You learn quickly and are well-organized.
