Notre client est un chef de dossier du courtage en assurance de dommages, au service des particuliers et des entreprises. En pleine expansion, il recherche des professionnels de l'assurance comme vous pour se joindre à son équipe, du service à la vente, dans un bureau dynamique et agréable situé à Québec.
Ce que nous proposons :
Poste permanent.
Un salaire de départ compétitif de 70 000 $ et plus, négociable selon l'expérience.
Une prime annuelle de 20 %.

35-hour work week. Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No evenings or weekends.
Finish at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays!

What you bring:
Communicating departmental objectives to your immediate team and supporting their achievement. Lead customer service and retention improvement projects.
Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and adjust action plans.
Ensure consistency of processes, tools, and communications within your team.
Support a team of brokers in complex situations and collaborate with insurers.
Actively participate in the recruitment, training, onboarding, retention, and performance evaluation of your team.
Participate in strategic discussions (bonuses, contests, service capacity, etc.).
Prepare and conduct immediate performance reviews for your team.
Who are you?
At least 3 years of experience as a commercial property and casualty insurance broker.
Team management experience is an asset.
Strong leadership skills and customer focus.
Available to attend events or activities as needed.
