Our client is an independent insurance brokerage firm specializing in personal and commercial insurance. A family business with many years of experience, they are currently expanding and need insurance professionals like you to manage a personal lines client portfolio. The position is available in Saint-Hyacinthe, Granby, or St-Césaire.
What we offer:
Permanent position
Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, negotiable based on experience
Retention bonus of up to $550 per month
50% CIME sales commissions
Work-life balance
Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Daytime hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you bring
You are recognized for your Negotiation and persuasion skills for negotiating with various insurers.
You are customer-focused and action-oriented.
Manage a client portfolio of approximately 1 million clients, depending on your experience.
Process modifications, pricing, retention, and solicitation during inbound calls.
Shop for quotes from our various insurers. Manage service calls for your portfolio and incoming emails from your clients.
Handle renewals, modifications, and new business (referrals, incoming calls to the office, and existing clients).
Who are you?
You hold a valid AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) personal lines insurance certificate (required).
You must have at least 3 years of experience as a personal lines insurance broker.
Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
You are computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple software programs, even on two monitors.
You are a quick learner and highly organized.
