We are seeking a commercial property and casualty insurance broker to join our client's service team in Quebec City for a specialized program. As an insurance broker, you will be responsible for managing client files from start to finish, with the support of assistants.

A competitive base salary starting at $58,000/year or more, negotiable based on experience.

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Summer schedule: Late June to late August, paid Friday afternoons off!

You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and making new sales.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You want to specialize in a specific niche.
You are customer-focused and action-oriented.

Process modifications, pricing, customer retention, and sales during inbound calls;
Work on renewals and updates by professionally advising policyholders;
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files.
Underwrite and draft insurance contracts.

Who are you?
You hold a valid AMF certificate in business insurance (mandatory).
You have at least one year of experience as a business property and casualty insurance broker.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard.
You are computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple software programs, all on two screens.
You learn quickly and are well-organized.
