As an Auto Claims Team Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 6-8 claims adjusters, ensuring quality and assisting the branch manager with administrative tasks, strategy implementation, and mentoring, while also handling claims.
Our client is an independent Canadian claims adjusting company, in business for over 80 years, located in downtown Montreal.
What we offer:
• Permanent position.
• A base salary of $60,000 to $95,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
• An annual bonus of up to $10,000 based on performance.
• Work-life balance.
• Flexible 37.5-hour work week. Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

• RRSP pension plan with employer contribution starting at 5% of your base salary or more.

What you bring:
• Ensure policy compliance and settle claims in accordance with regulations, while monitoring costs
• Receive and analyze claims information
• Work collaboratively with the branch manager and maintain excellent customer service
• Accurately maintain billing, time, and expense records
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and monitor employee satisfaction
Who are you?
• Hold your AMF Personal and Commercial Claims Adjuster certification
• Have at least 5 years of experience as an auto claims adjuster
• Bilingual in French and English
• Management experience
• Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge
