Notre client est une firme de courtage québécoise forte de plus de 100 ans d'expérience, spécialisée en assurance de dommages pour particuliers et entreprises. En pleine croissance, elle recherche un directeur pour contribuer au succès de son équipe d'assurance commerciale. Le poste est basé à Montréal.
Ce que nous proposons :
Full-time, permanent position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
Salary starting at $90,000/year or more, negotiable based on experience;

Your daily tasks:
Operations and Team Support
Provide front-line support and ongoing assistance to employees.
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with procedures.
Lead regular team meetings.
Human Resources Management and Onboarding
Manage the onboarding of new staff and mentor employees.
Assist the Human Resources Manager in the hiring process.
Mentor and supervise employees during their probationary period and conduct post-probation follow-ups.
Coordinate the replacement list during the summer vacation period.
Processes and Follow-up
Contribute to the review, drafting, and optimization of policies, internal procedures, job aids, and scripts.
Customer Service and Insurer Relations
Manage relationships with insured parties (including complaint handling) and insurers.
Intervene with insurers in specific situations and on special projects.
Conduct insurer audits.
Who are you?
You hold your AMF license in commercial property and casualty insurance.
You have at least 10 years of experience in commercial insurance.
You have experience in team management.
Bilingualism (French, English) is required.
