We are seeking a commercial property and casualty insurance broker to join our client's service team in Laval, to manage the volume of a producer in the construction sector. Your role will involve handling client files with the support of assistants. Our client is an independent brokerage firm with over 30 years of experience.

A competitive base salary starting at $85,000/year or more, negotiable based on experience.

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you bring:
You are known for your negotiation and persuasion skills.
You enjoy providing excellent customer service and generating new sales. Prepare, verify, and transmit insurance documents (quotes, invoices, certificates, endorsements, etc.).
Collaborate with the producer to gather information for updates and to define marketing strategies with insurers.
Process modifications, pricing, customer retention, and solicitation during inbound calls.
Work on renewals and perform updates by professionally advising policyholders.
Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their files.
Who are you?
You hold a valid AMF certificate in business insurance (required).
You have at least 5 years of experience as a business insurance broker or 3 years of experience in construction insurance.
You have a reliable internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard. You have a working knowledge of English.
